Our vision

A woman in workout clothes is performing a squat exercise while holding a kettlebell, under the supervision of a trainer in a gym with brick walls and fitness equipment.

At Pat McMenamin Personal Training, our small group sessions are designed to make fitness approachable, effective, and enjoyable. With so much conflicting information out there, it’s easy to feel unsure about how to train, but we keep it simple. Each workout is guided, structured, and tailored to your group’s goals, whether that’s building strength, improving mobility, boosting endurance, or just feeling better every day.

You’ll get the personal attention you need, the motivation of a team, and the accountability that keeps you showing up. Our goal is for you to leave every session feeling accomplished, confident, and excited for the next one. Whether you’re new to exercise or returning after some time away, you’ll find a supportive community ready to help you, not only reach, but surpass your goals.
